Estéban Restaurant is offering a new way to celebrate Tuesday nights with a pre-fixe Paella menu for two.
“It’s supposed to be a fiesta, a party, you get a bunch of plates and share them and commune over your food”, says Chef Snyder.
The authentic, Spanish Paella offerings include Paella Del Mar, De Tierra, and Paella Negra. Paella Del Mar (from the ocean) features a rich assortment of chorizo, prawns, mussels, and clams, while De Tierra (from the land) offers savory sausage, lamb and chicken. In Paella Negra, you’ll find local Monterey Bay Calamari and Serrano ham with squid ink. “Squid ink gives the Paella a gorgeous black color and adds a subtle earthiness to the flavor of the dish.”

When it comes to sipping the bar at Estéban is well stocked with a variety of Spanish and local Monterey County wines and signature cocktails include the Mojito and house made Sangria.
Estéban had been voted Best Happy Hour by the Monterey County Weekly for 3 consecutive years. The restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner, featuring comfortable indoor and outdoor dining complete with a large fire pit.
